I took my Subaru Forester to Speedway Subaru for a mirror replacement after confirming the correct color using my VIN. They installed an off-white mirror casing instead of the correct Dark Grey Metallic—then told me I'd have to pay extra to fix their mistake, even though they admitted it was their error. I had a really positive experience with freehold. After leaving Lakewood pinebelt Subaru I was so angry and upset. At Lakewood I was rushed, lied to my face, misled and tricked. At freehold though I had a completely opposite experience. No bait and switch or xx to deal with like at Lakewood. I did not feel rushed or pressured or strong armed.
