A one hour private tutorial on how to use the many features in my new Subaru Forester with something I didn’t expect. The experience was wonderful. She answered many of the great mysteries and questions I could not answer myself or find in all the instruction books. Betsy is a real pro. Instead of feeling stupid I feel empowered. It was a great experience.

I wish I could have the service, Subaru Love-Encore Delivery and the car picked up on the same day. Going to the dealership on another day is inconvenient.

Gene made the buying process very easy. He asked what we were looking for and worked with us to find something that fit our needs and was within our budget. The process was very quick and convenient: saw the cars on Friday and signed the deal the next day. Gene is knowledgeable about the cars he sells, is easy to work with, was able to get our deal done quickly, and answered all of our questions. Highly recommended.

Over the years, we have had a lot of opportunities to buy from car lots and dealerships. Working with Gene was our favorite buying experience of all. He showed that he knew what he was doing, and he did it with no hassle. Plus, he made the whole experience fun, which is rare in buying vehicles. We also appreciated Jon in financing. We felt welcomed and respected the entire time, and we really love our Subaru Outback.

My wife and I originally went to look at a used car and it had sold. We were going to leave and Ermir asked if we were ever looking into a new car. I laughed. He showed us the numbers and what he could do and then we started considering a new car. He showed us a new Jetta Sport. It was incredible! He was so helpful through the entire process!
