We had a great experience at Falcone. We were greeted immediately and quickly set up for a test drive. After discussing numbers with Ermir and deciding to proceed with purchase, he let us know that finance was very busy and offered for us to come back in a few hours to avoid a long wait. When we came back, the process was quick and easy. Ermir got us set up in the new car and showed us some features.

We had the best experience with Gene and everyone at Falcone. We had our two little girls with us, and they all made a point to talk with the girls and not make them feel like they were in the way.
