Love it at Falcon Creek Apts. Looked at alot of apts. in this area and hands down Falcon Creek is the best. Wonderful maintenance personal and office personal. (Laura Stevens #1)
I would like to take this time to thank the Leasing staff (Jake and Laura), they have also been able to handle any and all issures with either my appartment, garage, or just questions or comments in General. I can't say enough about the maintance staff, Chuck you and your staff rock. On a side note, standby Jake my chili will knock your socks off.
I moved in on April of 2015. I have nothing but great things to say about this community, from how quiet it is, to the office management. I think i have to dealt with every person that works for this community and every experience has been wonderful. Before moving in, I've searched all around Hampton Roads an Newport News and this place by far exceeds every expectation i had for Apartment living.
I've lived at Falcon Creek for over 4 yrs., and the staff are warm and friendly. They respond to your very need in an expeditious manner. The property is well kept, and the maintenance respond to work orders the if not the same day, definitely within 24 hrs. The amenities are commensurate to the cost of rent. I enjoy the pool and the barbeque areas are nice too. The clubhouse is very nice, and can be rented for functions, at an affordable price. I've been living at Falcon Creek since 2011 and just signed another 14 month contract! I love the neighborhood, quiet and is not too far away from everything else. The staff is always polite, and if I have something that needs to be fixed in my apartment the maintenance staff always attends to the matter in less than a day. I really enjoy living here.
The community is spectacular, I love living here the staff is very professional and get things taken care of, moving in process is easy and they are willing to work with you, Very military friendly and family friendly, i haven't had a single problem since i been here. I look forward to renewing my lease.
