All I want for Christmas is some freaking internet!! Not sure what needs to happen but whatever it is, it needs to happen soon! Overall the community is nice, my apartment is awesome. It’s quiet! But what good is it if I can’t watch my Firestick or get on the internet to finish my courses!!!
The place is all around gorgeous. Very nice apartments but the internet....really? The internet is straight garbage. Hasn’t worked for 2 days straight. To be honest you’re going to lose a lot of people that way if you don’t resolve it.
This place is a SCAM. They charged me to paint walls and a cleaning fee after they asked me to deep clean the apartment. I was also charged a carpet cleaning fee separate from the cleaning fee which is only a cover up for them because they replace the carpets in each home when residents leave anyways. The internet is TERRIBLE. I missed multiple homework assignments because of it. In the end they charged me over $400 for a spotless apartment. We have had problems with the internet every single day. Also, it is mostly nonexistent between the hours of 8-10pm. I recommend looking elsewhere if you want internet that works! I would have really appreciated not being sold on the deal of internet as part of my rent (they say its free or included) when it actually doesn't work. I will take down this review if Falcon Creek covers the cost of my own internet provider or if the internet ever works as it should.
