No. No central heat and air for over a year
Internet sucks and you can't get any other Internet Service Provider. The gates should be removed because you can only go in one way and have to drive all the way around. the trash receptacles are a mile away from your Apartment. Leaves always come in your house and they never clean the passageways. They will continue to like to you about the internet is getting upgraded when it is not. RecommendedThe apartments are nice. They could be updated, but overall pretty good. However, the Internet sucks!!! It's terrible. They recently got FiOS, which we were hoping it would be better and quicker, but unfortunately it is not at all. We have asked if there is any way we can speed up our internet and they said no. I understand that this apartment complex is all inclusive with the utilities, but we should have better and faster internet speeds for how much we are paying. It’s a beautiful property and the staff is wonderful
Excellent staff, Debbie, Brooke, Crystal, Jake. How do I know all their names you may ask? Because they are just that personable and helpful. Maintenance is always completed in a timely fashion. Grounds are kept beautifully. I recommend this place to anyone. Thanks Falcon Creek
I wasn't told about the rent increase until it was too late to move out. I agree with the other folks talking about the internet service. For some reason, my internet and cable are connected. My internet went down and tv. No one is fixing it. Too much dog mess all over the place. My carpet is loose. I ask for assistance and they give none.
If you a looking for a luxury apartment community this is not the place. If you are looking for an over priced apartment with thin walls and rude staff this is definitely the place. They say the WiFi is included but it never works and when you inform the property manager she says that’s why it’s free. The property manager Debbie has a poor attitude and does not care to help find a resolution. She only cares about what works best for her and not the residents.
