Very poor maintenance. Need to do mold clean ups instead of cover ups. And the garbage service is very spotty. It has been a real problem since they removed the garbage bins.
These apartments suck ass. You're welcome. Don't move here.
Changing my review from 1 star to 4 stars. The old management was rude and unpleasant. They were also impatient. But now since the new management came in they've been very kind and helpful. Especially the Assistant Manager. But however the reason why its not 5 stars is because of the carports. I wish the carports were free just like it has been for the past 8 years.
Car got broken into had a car port people would park in it and if u didnt have one u had to park far away from building and u can only have one so if you got two cars and u come home late u park in way back and like i said car got broken into walls are thin neighbors run naked through the golf course kinda funny wsg way to high im sure theres more to rant on
I've lived here for almost 3 yrs now, renting a one-bdrm Apt, I have a beautiful view of the golf course & a duck pond just outside my balcony! I have the convenience of in house W/D. I have never had an issue with the management and its staff. They have been very nice & friendly, they've always responded to maintenance issues promptly, I like the Trash pickup service. Garbage Everywhere!! They do not care about the property. Do not live here!!!!
The new management at the Fairways is theives. When I couldn't renew my lease becasue the company is going to move me in 2015 they raised my rent in August by $300. Seemed stiff but I figured that's the difference between a lease and month to month. Now 2 months later I get a notice saying it is going up again by more than $300 to $1911. $1180 to $1911 in 4 months. Do yourself a favor and avoid these apartments like the plague.
Terrible place to live now, moving after 3 yrs....
