This place is the WORST apartment we've ever lived in! If I could rate it negative, I would. Anyways, our place was flooded 3 days ago & we called to see what the update is; on if the carpets are being changed, lady in the office straight up told us no. Ok? I am just concerned with my family's well being especially my daughters but obviously you all aren't and being cheap when all you charge is double for everything. Just watch out when u move out Tammy will lie on your check out sheet one of the ways they make money out of the tenants.she is a liar she charged $20.00 for drip pans !!!!!!!!!
We have been living here at the Fairways for some time now, and I have to say that it's gotten better under the new management. I have gotten to know many of the staff and they have gone above and beyond for us many times. We enjoyed the Sea hawks night at the clubhouse where there were games and prizes for the kids and adults, and some catered tacos to chow down on.
I believe that you get what you pay for. People have commented that the Fairways is spendy. However, I disagree. You live on a golf course with beautiful views, nice in-home upgrades, 2 pools, etc. These apartments are located in Brown Pt. which is a safe neighborhood with stores and restaurants located really close by. Maintenance has fixed things promptly. Management have addressed any issues that have come up. We really have had no major complaints since the new management took over. We enjoy where we live!
