We've been very happy with our experience so far. The office staff and maintenance have been responsive to any of our concerns. As with any big apartment complex there are things that can be improved upon, but my impression so far is that they are genuinely interested in fixing any problems.
Over priced and mold all over the windows and walls that they do nothing about not to mention the ANTS!!
Not accommodating. No drop box to pay your rent after hours but will nickel and dime the crap out of you. Do they want their rent or not, however you can submit your rent early if you can't make it in after hours to pay your rent. Kill me with the garbage fee. I can take out my own garbage. Recently sent a tenant survey on ways to nickel and dime us even more. me being late on rent is my problem.........but......our dish washer has been broken for MONTHS had the "repair" people come mess up the apt use all our towels and left the washer un-fixed.....apt 336 you can read up on that.......our lease was over in may....we had to get the letter in before the 12th or something like that...my mother passed away day after mothers day 5/9/2016 and i had to bury my father 5yrs ago....so just imagine what kind of shit i was going thru and still is....being only child i was running around tak... read more
Pretty environment. Not very nice neighbors. But when we moved out, I emailed the office our forwarding address, plus they had our other contact info. But instead of sending us a final bill, they sent it straight to collections less than a month & a half after we moved out. We never received anything directly from them about what we owed. We were contacted by collections that said pay up or else. I never received an itemized statement, so I still have no idea what I paid for!
