After having my F150 looked at and determined it needed a motor after the insurance was notified it sat there for six months before they even started on it then I was notified that I would have to pay $2000 out of my pocket before they would start on it!! & insurance paid $2000 approximately?? I get my truck back only to have to replace the water pump with less than 500 mile on new motor I talk to the service manager who was just down right rude about it stating that wasn't their problem I had to buy have installed the water... read more
