I recently bought a used Nissan Frontier at Fairway Ford. Landon Miller was very patient and honest in answering all my e-mails. Landon and manager Tom Slagle were easy to deal with during the process and when I made the 2 hour drive everything was as described and the purchase was quick and efficient. Thanks guys.

I'll give them 2 and 1/2 stars. Was told by service rep to be there at 7:30. Shop didn't open till 8.. took my vehicle back in garage at 9. The mechanic was very nice and I think (hope) did a good job. The big ticket repair was under warranty so I can't complain about costs. Waiting area not great but had a tv. Overbooked or under communication, don't know which. Repairs done in 1.5 hours which is fine but I was there almost 4 hours.

I took my vehicle in for a standard oil change. While there they lifted my car to do the change. Apparently they placed the lifts on plastic underneath my car causing two huge scrapes/chunks underneath my car. To most folks they would not care however to me I am not pleased to put it nicely. This is poor work. I know my car very well. I check/clean underneath frequently and because of that, I know it was not there before I went, and realized it just a day after. I am very unhappy and will not be visiting again.
