Just purchased an F150 from Fairway Ford in Kingsport. Cody was exceptional in making the entire process smooth and easy! It really made our last car-buying experience pale in comparison. Would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone!

Huge thanks to Savannah and the service department at Fairway. In the midst of a 700 mile road trip in 90 degree temps, my A/C broke. I called 10 different Ford dealers along my route and they were the only ones willing to help. Best of all, they got me back on the road with a temp fix in only an hour and saved my 1,500 miles/4 days of sweating in the car. Thank you!

Had an oil change done on truck and noticed a scratch on front quarter panel afterwards. Quick Lane manager looked at and talked to service manager. Within 5 minutes I was on my way to the body shop they use. Body shop manager was waiting for me. He had the scratch buffed out in a couple of minutes. Not pleased that truck was scratched, but problem was handled properly.

In December 17 we bought an used vehicle and the dealers worked with us well BUT the day that the 30 day tag came off problems started. We called and talked to both the dealer and a mechanic and both say there is no way to help us but if we wanted to pay for them to look at it and fix it we could bring it in and it'd be at least 4 weeks before they could get it in to look at. My husband has been walking to work because these money hungry, non caring sharks pushed a lemon on us! DO NOT SUGGEST ANYONE BUT A CAR FROM THEM!
DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SCAM. 18 year old student bought and desperately needed a good investment to get me through college which was 4 hours AWAY FORM HOME! I've had this vehicle for a year and half.... transmission replaced, clutches replaced twice, trip computer replaced.
