Don't buy from this dealership! --Better Business Bureau kicked them out! This company does not stand behind what they sell! They are the ultimate car salesmen, they will tell you everything about the car that you would want to know and leave out the mechanical problems that even a buyer's check won't pick up. Their service department did not check the car even when I sent it back a second time. Alan, the finance manager was fantastic. Super helpful. The remainder of the process, horrendous. Sum up the deal they refused to honor our sales tax exempt status (Motor Carrier) which wound up costing us an additional ~$3,000 that we didn’t plan on given the fact we haven’t paid it on 8 trucks now. If you have a sales tax exemption, like saving money, or like dealing with companies that will actually call and verify what you say with people that would have the knowledge then this is NOT the place for you. Went to look at the Lexus that is listed, I was told that it was in great shape. It’s got rust damage, sounds rough, and the sun roof doesn’t work. They have recently raised the price on this vehicle too.

I called an made a appointment with Jerry to come in an buy a 2009 Chevy 2500 truck. I clearly made him aware that I'm taking off work to come an buy this truck.I ask are you sure the truck will be there his response was it will be here at 4 when you get here .I get there the truck is gone said that it will be right back wait an hour they tell me it should be back anytime. 30 mins goes buy I go ask they tell me the truck has break issues an tryen to make it back to the car lot. purchased 2014 F350..no admin key provided..so cost us over 250$ to clear the MyKey limits that were set on truck....no returned calls from sales staff...just oh well...to bad...😡😡

The service department is terribly mismanaged. They currently have had our car for almost 5 weeks to replace the engine under warranty. We get no updates, our calls aren’t returned. No one seems to care at all. All we ever get is next week....next week.....no really I promise next week. I can and have replaced engines in my basement in a couple days. Can’t understand for the life of me why it takes professional mechanics with proper tools weeks to swap out an engine.

Was in Kingsport at Doctors appointment truck broke down was able to get to Fairway Ford. They checked my truck out and was going to be a big expense. They were nice and kind to me and my mother and worked a deal out for me to get a newer vehicle. THANKS LIBBY ROGERS.
