Just got told by one of your workers to go f**k myself.... I don't have service with you company,but I am a land owner that your company has "right of way" on..... Think I will be talking to my lawyer soon!
HORRIBLE!!!!!!! TWO WEEKS AND I STILL HAVE NO DIAL TONE! I WORK FROM HOME AND THIS IS MY LIVELY HOOD YOUR MESSING WITH!
Worst customer service award goes to Fairpoint. Told service couldn't be restored from the office, and waited a little over a week for nothing. Technician never came, and upon calling, discovered they had gotten my address incorrect, adding an apartment number where there shouldn't be! Now I am told they don't even have to come here, but for some reason I STILL have to wait until tomorrow. Ridiculous! Avoid Fairpoint at all costs...they lie and don't give a damn about their customers.
This is the 2nd time I'm writing a review. The first one didn't post because my internet connection failed! At first I was going to give you 2 stars just based on the price and you get what you pay for, now it's downgraded to 1 star because I'm not even getting that! My connection goes down several times a week. When I called you charged me to have someone cine check out my service! You're known for having bad service obviously! No stars!!!! Your only getting one so i can post my comment!! Fairpoint Communications is worthless. The ONLY reason they are getting even a little of my money is because no other internet services are offered. The other companies really should look into expanding their services because i would absolutely switch services!!!!

I have been with very intermittenet internet for over a week! I have called twice to no avail! I wish we had other options. Fairpoint has been awful both service and customer service wise!!!! I pay for my internet. I should have the service!
Your customer service a joke,called today because I need internet service.The girl tells me I can get you set up,i go well have a few questins.She tell me well I don't have the time for that,but can set up order for you.I say but have questions she says sorry...lol
