Since your last merger, your internet related service has gotten even worse. Chattanooga TN has municipal internet service that is cheaper and is fast a gigabyte / sec. I would much prefer that to what you offer
How about making it's very expensive phone service NOT sound like zombies trying to get through the phone FOR THE PAST 5 YEARS would be a great start. (Yes - techicians have been out and no, it's never been fixed correctly). Tried to get hook up again, they can't get me in until Aug. 22. They still haven't sent me the sticker to send back the equipment from my first installation I had back on Feb. 28. Would gladly use your services if I could get hooked up sooner. Spectrum's buying you out and but ripping us off at the same time - please step up!
So Tired of the constant internet issues with this place its been going on for so long and they do very little oh sure you get great lip service from them but the internet connection stinks. I want results not b.s.
Being charged for an internet connection that is constantly failing is wrong. Your product you charge for goes down at least once a week. Today it went out at 11:30 am and it is still off now at 5:30. Shame on you for profiting off of a service you can’t provide.
I lost my phone and internet last Wednesday in the storm. They didn't come to fix it till last Monday and then it still didn't work. They came back on Wednesday and fixed it and now another storm today and it is out again. I called for repair and they said not until Monday by 6PM. I have an elderly mom next door that the only way for her to communicate to me is by phone. There is no need of this!! I am calling the PUC.

This is the worst company ever. Late fees when they send the bills late in the first place, absolutely awful customer service and terrible connection speeds. Go with a mobile hotspot on your phone if Fairpoint is the only isp in your area because you will save yourself a huge headache.
