Fairgate has the best Maintenance Gentleman here now. He cares is nice professional and patient. Always speak very friendly and always working around the complex. Keep up the good hard work Tony, we sure want you around here for a long time.

I just moved in and like the community. My neighbor was nice. However, very disappointed in the condition of the apartment when moving in. Listing the issues seems more appropriate than giving my opinion. - 2 windows do not lock. Both are upstairs and one is on the back and one on the front. - Back door knob is very loose when turning it.
