We have a family member staying at this community. Very nice and she said maintenance is terrific.
My lady has lived out here for a few weeks now. Very very very quiet community. The biggest thing I would like to say, I have never met a maintenance guy as friendly as Tony. Always has a kind word and work orders are taken care of promptly and professionally. If he can’t take care of it, it is because it appears the property management are dragging their feet. We loved this place when we moved in but the quality has gone down significantly. Landscaping is not maintained, the bushes have not been cut in months, we have been waiting for a part for our dishwasher for months as well. It is nearly impossible to get someone to answer the phone in the office or respond to messages as well. I no longer recommend living here if you can avoid it. Tony the maintenance man is wonderful and I am so happy he has returned but besides that I have no positive things to say .
Fairgate is a quiet, friendly, and well maintained complex, Love it here! Adding to my review: amazing maintenance…..fast response, and Tony, the maintenance man, is efficient and always courteous, besides leaving the work area spotless!
Service and responsiveness have gone downhill. The maintenance person, Tony, is consistently responsive and helpful. (Five stars for Tony) However, the woman in the office NEVER answers the phone and just lets it go to voicemail. Many voicemail messages left and literally NEVER a returned call. The previous two women in this role would nearly always answer the phone and on the rare occasion that a voicemail was left, the call was returned promptly, generally within an hour.
