Maintenance in this complex is wonderful. Anytime I have called with a problem from minor to major, it has been handled immediately. Tony is exceptionally kind and responsive and always very professional. I always have a smile when I see Tony coming.
Nice , quiet, family friendly place to live. The maintenance man Tony is wonderful, he is so kind and helpful and always has a smile on his face. I truly appreciate the hard work he does to make this a great place to live.
I absolutely need to take time out of my day to write a review complementing and praising the Maintenance guy who currently works here, Tony! He is remarkably friendly, thoughtful, and thorough! Always waving at me and my children and completing maintenance jobs quickly and thoroughly. He’s great at communicating, very respectful, And I am glad to have him at as our maintenance lead.
Fairgate has the best Maintenance Gentleman here now. He cares is nice professional and patient. Always speak very friendly and always working around the complex. Keep up the good hard work Tony, we sure want you around here for a long time.
