Service department representative was friendly and helpful. Dealership charged me full list price of $289 for a part that I could have bought online for $246. Only $50 labor, on the other hand, which I perceive as good. Zero stars to Subaru for making you replace an entire tail light assembly when all you have is a crack in one of the plastic lenses. Tonkin of the Gorge did a thorough job in a timely manner. All staff were pleasant and accommodating…sympathetic to my need to be home by dark. Highly recommend!!!
