We just bought our car this week and honestly we will never go anywhere else! My husband was so impressed with how easy it was. There Service Department is top notch a warning light came on my dash while I was in Danville so I called Fairfield dodge and they told me to bring it right over. They got me in ASAP and changed the sensor and it fell under the warranty I paid nothing. Extremely professional car washes I get lots of compliment while shopping on how sharp it looks. The service people are very professional.
I bought my New Dodge Dart back in December, and I came in for my first oil change and the service department are so amazing! I got my car washed and it turned out magnificent! This is the only place I recommend for car washing and service! This is the only place we got our Ram washed at too! The service department is just amazing!
TWO thumbs up for Fairfield in Danville. I LOVE my new Jeep Renegade. The sales, service, and parts departments all worked together to get me exactly what I needed at a price that I could afford. I could not ask for more.
I am not one to rant on Facebook but I am so tired of the Jeep dealer in Danville I have now bought two jeeps and less than a month and a half and have had nothing but problems with their service between the two I must have been down there now eight times to have repairs done.
