I would give this dealership 0 stars if possible. Terrible communication. Sold one truck out from under us. Offered a free warranty on another truck for our troubles. Wrote out the deal and made a deposit. When it was time to set up financing the deal was withdrawn.
The service department has the BEST customer service. Steve and staff go above and beyond to make sure they accommodate for us!
I travel for a living and currently deal with three Mopar dealers across the country for service. I live 900 miles from Danville but work here frequently. These folks, hands down, have the best service of any dealer I have ever dealt with in my 37 years behind the wheel. Always friendly, always accommodating, always fair and always competent. Small town "feel" with big-time personnel.
Just got my husband a 2016 Ram 1500 crew cab to replace the 1999 Dodge Dakota I was driving when I had my accident in Febuary. Shelby was a great salesperson. We wasn't rushed or pushed to make a decision!! He absolutely lives his truck!!
