Awesome experience buying our new Grand Cherokee this past weekend at Fairfield Dodge in Danville, Pa. Shelbi, Dennis and Dave went the extra mile to meet our needs!
Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my whole life..... was given a total run around for over a week, also spoken to with total disrespect when I had come in to speak with someone in person tor see what the hold up was ... turned down vehicles at other dealerships only to then receive a text that the vehicle I applied for was “mistakenly” sold to someone else... just a small bump in the road...I was told... would not recommend this dealership to anyone!

My mom and I have been going through Fairfield for years and absolutely love it. Yesterday, we stopped in to look and ended up getting new Jeeps. Shelby and Dennis were absolutely amazing! My fiance also bought a truck from here back in November and had an incredible experience! Highly recommend coming here when looking to purchase!!
These people are truly the best! My car recently finally broke and I was in the search for a new one so I went to several different car places around here and was completely unhappy.
