Stopped by cash in hand to purchase a brand new Jeep. We were hoodwinked big time. Walked out due to $1000 of unwillingness to budge on our trade. They were still $1000 under blue book. When I said we were Honda folks, the sales person said then go to Independence Honda in Bloom. So we did and received $10000 for our trade. Fairfield folks must not need to sell cars. 1 ⭐️
Our salesman was Sam and we was awesome, very nice and knowledgeable. I got a great deal and a BEAUTIFUL car. I would recommend Fairfield to anyone. Sam really worked with me to get me what I was will to pay monthly. I found out about Fairfield from the scratch off flier when I went to claim my prize. Covid 19 mask defiamce of state mandate.
Was treated great 3 years ago but things have changed there. They are running a bait and switch promotion using deceptive flyers. I am sure their lawyers love it but I will never deal with a company that tricks people into coming in. You can't lie to me to get me in the door and then try to sweet talk your lie to keep me in the building. I recommend people avoid Fairfield Auto Group.
They offer $500 off a 10 year old truck that has dents-scratches-bumper damage and trim damage. Thousands of dollars in damage. They need to change their motto For An Unfair Deal chose Fairfield
Terrible dealership to deal with. Basically used a phishing scheme to get me in the door. I scheduled a test drive and Andrea Guffey, the internet sales manager confirmed the appointment the morning I was to go there knowing the vehicle had already been sold. They actually tried to sell me a vehicle two years older with a totally different body style. After all of this I never even received an apology, just tried to sell me a car at one of their other dealerships. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone!!!

Awesome repair! We were from out of town and showed up on a Saturday morning with a oil leak. Turned out a repair done back home left a cam shaft seal leaking. They got us in and repairs done in the same day! Best service ever!!
