Salesperson was good & informative
The staff was great. However, the quality of the 2 used vehicles we looked at was very poor for the price. We found better conditioned vehicles in our price range from private parties. After our experience here we did not even go to any other Dealerships.. But once again, the staff that helped at the Dealership and online were great.

We recently bought a used car here and had a very bad experience with both the sales and service departments. First, we finally agreed on a price which included replacing 2 tires and asked to take the car to our mechanic for inspection. This was actually documented on paper, though not a contract. Upon returning and sharing that the mechanic said all 4 tires needed to be replaced, they said they never agreed to replacing the 2 tires based on price agreed upon. Dealership was quick to reply to me e-mail and the Salesman I was talking to went out of his way to send me all the info and answer all the questions I had. He also rasked me to jump on this car as it was a low mileage fully loaded Outback. I should have taken CJ advice and looked at the car as it sold the night before I was going to see it.
