I rate Ty Merritt 5+. He took care of everything. Once my husband and I saw the vehicle we were looking for on the Fairey Chevrolet website and sent in contact information on how to reach us, Ty reached out to us and set a date and time to come and look at vehicle. We did that and our next trip only took about 45 min. To finalize the deal.. Ty Merritt is the BEST I have ever encountered as for a salesman. Thanks Ty
Spoke to sales rep, "Pro" and I had not realized it was a gas vehicle. He was very polite and I would use them in the future.
Only talked over phone and email. Didn't want to make the +1 hr drive for a van I was only so-so about. Dealer seemed okay, but can't say much more.
