Very slow to get back with information.I waited for several days for any response. I asked for pictures still no response. I hope to see pictures before I buy from another dealer.

Very prompt response
I test drove car and liked it but the low tire pressure light would not go off. They were going to fix and call me. I called weekly to ask about it and they were still working on it. Then all of a sudden they sold it after i was told they were fixing car for me and i had first right of purchase.

Hi Scott, I am sorry that there was miscommunication between us, but being that the vehicle in question was 15 years old, we were having a hard time obtaining all the parts to fix some of the issues you had with the Tahoe.The Tahoe ended up being sold as-is without all of the issues you had with it being fixed. The best car dealership experience I have had. Joseph and Irvin were super friendly and professional. They don't hassle you or pressure you to buy any car just to get a sale. They handled everything quickly without any gimmicks. Joseph found my kids and I the perfect car. We couldn't be happier.
