Ordered stock, specifically asked for white, brought them from him because they were white. I took items home, unwrapped them, they were black. Rang them, he said I told you their were black, which he didn’t otherwise I wouldn’t have got them. If I wanted black I would’ve got them elsewhere for $200 cheaper. He then verbally abused me and told me I was a joke, he’s been in the business for 30 plus years, he knows what he’s talking about. Horrific customer service! WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!!!!

Make sure you ask for a price first. needed the part urgently called other yards prior so I thought prices would be consistant. made the mistake not asking fairalls before they removed the part. was quoted by other yards max $50 fairalls charged $110 for a very rough condition part used Fairalls for many years from time to time trusted Fairalls would do the right thing will never use again they take advantage. Rip Offs
