I debated posting this, but people deserve to know about the experience. I booked a Botox appointment here last week, my first visit and definitely my last. I was very clear about what I wanted when I booked and again in the treatment room, yet both the injector and receptionist aggressively pushed a membership on me. Just had an amazing morning of pampering and self-care at this beautiful spot! A facial with dermaplaning & moisturizing mask with Michelle, amazing massage with David, and an IV to kick-start my energy for the weekend. The staff, the services and the spa itself were all so professional and well-done. I’ll definitely be back, and next time I’ll bring all my friends so they can experience the same five star treatment I just received. A rare findt in Miami for sure.
I should have walked away when I just walked in: it smelled like mold & toxic cleaning supplies with dirty doors and walls that were gross to touch. Not your aesthetic, girly pampering place like I’ve expected - rather a budget salon that makes money from upsells and hiring unqualified staff.
