A great F45 location. You truly can't replicate an F45 Lantana workout. The owners and trainers are knowledgeable and dedicated to helping you become your best self, and the community is fun and encouraging. Highly recommend!

Looooooooove this place. Phenomenal trainers, top notch equipment and a fantastic, welcoming environment for both athletes and non-athletes. Noticed a difference in my body after two weeks!
Excellent gym with superb trainers. Fun and encouraging atmosphere that makes working out more enjoyable. Gym is cleaned and sanitized for our safety. Owners are involved and genuinely care about well being and satisfaction of the members. Love that I get a complete work out in 45min compared to when used to spend 2hrs at least at other gyms. Big fan of High intensity interval training to build strength, speed and endurance. Since starting F45 im feeling athletic again after prior years of slowing down.

Love F45 Lantana. It’s a quick and effective workout! No planning on my part. I just show up and have a fun workout that is never the same. Trainers are encouraging and modify exercises for injuries or to make things easier or more challenging. Highly recommend!
