I've been to F45 studios in Sydney, Melbourne, and Dallas (TX) and have to say that the F45 Dapto studio is by far my favourite! Great music, convenient location, and a super friendly and knowledgeable coach who pushes/corrects you in all the right ways!
I really enjoy going to F45 dapto because of the knowledgeable and friendly staff and the great facilities. Good amount of parking and good class times. 😁
Absolutely love this F45 studio. The trainers are so supportive and really know how to keep you motivated throughout the entire session. The environment is clean, welcoming, and just has a great vibe overall.
Such a great fitness facility in Dapto, such lovely staff that make you feel comfortable & every class is a lot of fun & makes exercising fun!
