Ezio was everything you could want in a Realtor! He was attentive, flexible on his hours, and gave lots of detailed information about any questions I had. He was also unafraid to say if he didn't know something, but he would also go and find out the information and then help keep me informed. Highly recommend you give Ezio a call. He'll work with you to figure out exactly what you're looking for in your price range. If you find something outside of what he has seen, he's also very willing to go take a look with you!
