RecommendedI have owned my Ezlite Cruiser since 2015. It has given me my independence!! I highly reccomend this chair. The battery life is wonderful. It is so easy to fold and unfold. I have had no issues in all the years I have owned this chair and I have put many many miles on it. I was looking for a mobility devise for my husband and found the EZ Lite Cruiser. As I would be the one lifting it into and out of our vehicle, I was really impressed with the quick release wheels, which lightened the load when removed. This allows me to easily lift the wheelchair into and out of our vehicle. Bought a DX12 model and LOVE it. Great for getting around off road somewhat and it really holds a charge. Spent all day with my Grandkids at the zoo and it never slowed down a bit. Cant say the same for me, but overall it is a Great Wheel chair for us disabled types who refuse to be Handicapped.
I ordered a chair for my husband and unfortunately, he passed away the day before the chair was scheduled to be delivered. I refused the shipment for the chair and returned the box with the accessories I had purchased (which were a lot). I contact the company and was finally issued a refund less the shipping and the 10%. I politely asked that they not deduct the 10% since neither box had been opened, and everything inside was still in new condition. They have refused. This companies customer service is the worst. I have never dealt with such arrogance in my life and straight from the Owner himself. Horrible customer service!
I named my chair. She is E. My independence and freedom. We have been all over the mid-west. I don't have to stay in bed or home. We have traveled on a paddle wheel down the Mississippi, gone pumpkin picking, planted a water barrel tower garden perfect for those in wheelchairs and out ran a group of Klingons trying to arrest me for a benefit. I made them cry mercy and ran circles around them. It has taken all our fishing terrain just fine and can be loaded onto a pontoon boat for a bass tournament. I don't miss a thing.
