RecommendedAbout 5 years ago I purchased an EZ Lite Deluxe chair with 8 inch wheels. Have not had one problem with it until two weeks ago. I called and was able to speak directly to a tech. He had me text a video of the problem which narrowed down possibilities. He then directed me to the video’s on their website to remove the computer and control knob and we arranged for me to mail them to him. We have had our chair for over three years now. It has been a great tool for us. We use it all the time. We did have a couple things break, but their techs took care of them promptly. I would highly recomend this company for thier chair and great customer service.

I have enjoyed it since the first day I got it. I find it comfortable and easily maneuverable, especially on grass, above all it folds and can be put to almost any vehicle. RecommendedI was a little hesitant to buy this chair online from another country. I’m in Canada. I have to say it was the best investment. I have had the chair for over 3 years and I have zero regrets. Over time there have been a few idiosyncrasies but the folks at ezcruiser have been beyond helpful and professional. I have taken this chair EVERYWHERE! It has never let me down. I use it daily. I definitely would buy again but I doubt I’ll have to. Thanks ezcruiser!

RecommendedI’ve had my EZ Lite Cruiser for 3 years now. The chair has been incredibly reliable throughout all of this time. I use my chair on a daily basis to get around town and to fly to other cities. Any time I’ve needed to have the chair serviced, the EZ Lite team has responded quickly, and has made repairs to it on the same day. I would recommend the chair to anyone looking for a reliable chair that’s perfect for ease of travel.
RecommendedThe EZ Lite Cruiser has been fabulous for me. It enables me to work full time, cook, clean and maintain my house with no help. I have taken 3 trips on planes and it’s no problem for American Airlines. My life would be much more difficult if all I had was a regular wheelchair.
