I purchased a cup holder that matches my mother in laws wheelchair that I bought from goodwill but would not sell it to me because its not an ez lite. I asked them to waive the warranty and refund. I just needed the part to help my mother in law to hold her drink in it. They would not sell it to me.

I’ve had the chair for a little over a year and I am very pleased. I took it on a cruise and it handled the ship’s gangway, passageways and dining areas with no problem. The chair’s maneuverability is excellent. My charger indicator light quit working today (Tuesday) so I called the company and left a message. They called back quickly. A new charger is on its way and should be here Thursday. That is great service! Micheal and Kyle - I really appreciate you guys. Thanks.
I bought my EZ Lite Cruiser DX12 a few years ago in order to have a more travel friendly chair that offered me more independence as I deal with muscular dystrophy. Since getting my chair it has been a game changer for me as I have been able to really enjoy independence by going skydiving and many other outdoor events due to the use of my chair. been waiting on chair for 3 weeks then it shows up with no batttery or charger and say s they ship seperate and be 2 more weeks before we got it bunch crap chair no good without battery. called for them to take back

Hi Chris, we haven't forgotten about you. We are not a "huge corporation" -- we're a small business. You're not dealing with Amazon with an army of robots. We're still waiting for parts to remedy the fact that we delivered the machine with the wrong size motors/wheels. But we think it's a little early to say there is a brake issue since we haven't gotten back the other motors. I received my cruiser a few days ago and took it out for a spin. WOW!! Very well built, easy to maneuver and just a lot of fun. I was diagnosed with ALS a few months ago and this product gives me freedom to go with the wife and dog for walks. before I could only go about half a block with some aid.
