Hired them to fix my washing machine over a year ago and it's still working.
They are timely and fast working. They diagnose a problem quickly. They are realistic as to the time it may take to obtain the needed parts. Overall I am pleased with their work.
Not sure why I cannot give a 5 star across the board. This person was excellent. Called to confirm the appointment, called to let me know they were on their way, and ETA. Found problem, repaired and done in 10-15 minutes. Very reasonable, would use again.
Technician installed a new ice maker which did not distribute the ice cubes into the bucket in the freezer. So many cubes fell on the freezer floor. Also said he could not fix the frost in the freezer and the low temperature in the refrigerator, said it needed to be emptied out with the doors open. Charge was over $500.

Mr. Gregory contacted us regarding his Ice maker not producing ice. On 10/26 we installed a new icemaker and on 11/14 we cleared a blocked defrost drain in the freezer. We were not contacted by the customer after 11/14 that there was an ongoing problem with the icemaker. We do provide a warranty on both parts and labor. Unfortunately 5 months later we just became aware of this issue as a result of this review.
EZ appliance called the day of the appt. for a time frame of arrival, and called 20 minutes prior to arrival, very friendly, explained everything.
Prompt response. Very knowledgeable friendly technician (Neil Johnson).
The problem wasn’t with the machine, it was a plumbing problem so he couldn’t fix it. Person who came was nice though.
The repairman was prompt and pleasant.
