On-time, reasonably priced and professional
Phenomenal, showed up same day.
Repair man did not advise us correctly. They Failed to inquire about warranty expiration, and recommended we replace our fridge, when we were able to have it fixed.

We apologize that this customer had concern with the service. The refrigerator clearly had a sealed system leak (coolant leaked from system causing both refrigerators and freezer to go warm). This customers concern was that we did not inform him his refrigerator could be under warranty. It is not our responsibility to inform a customer about a warranty they may or may not have with the manufacturer. (LG).

Very professional and completed the job in a timely fashion. However, very expensive! I provided the part and still paid them $200 for 15 mins of labor.
Truly saved the day! I was literally *stood up* by another well-known repair vendor. These folks had a tech at my door 15-20 minutes after I called! Very friendly. Knew the dryer well and quick to diagnose the issue. Even spotted that the belt was damaged and offered to replace that too. Parts and labor fairly expensive but I expected that considering how these appliances are designed. Guarantee on parts and labor. He was out of here in less than an hour. I am giving these folks ALL my future appliance business!
