i received a call and was scheduled right away. had to wait a day or so, but the serviceman was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. would highly recommend!
This job was to resolve the ignitors switch from firing constantly after water spilled over on a gas cooktop. I diagnosed the part and provided the cooktop model number and information on the initial call. Overall the company was responsive and finished the job OK. But I had issues with the time it took. I had to wait over a week for the part to come in. The technician said it might be hard to remove the burner tops on my gas cooktop since it was old. Friendly, on time, very knowledgeable and did an awesome job repairing my dryer.
We thought something major was wrong but it turns out the washer drum was off. Works great now. We will call EZ again if we have any appliance issue.
Immediate response to my request. Beat out the other recommended services with a timely call back. Despite some challenges to get a mutually acceptable service time that worked for our schedule, the owner stepped up and came to our house to make the repair. Didn't oversell, provided good advice.
