The gentleman was courteous and very professional. In less than a minute he knew exactly what was wrong, and advised that a new fan was needed for my fridge. He looked up the cost of the part and wrote up a quote for me. I agreed to the amount and put a deposit down. He returned to install the new fan the following week. Prompt and courteous. Took a few days to get them there but called first thing day of job with a time and stuck to it. More important got the job done

Eric came out on time, as scheduled. He evaluated the problem, gave us some helpful times and left us with a working dishwasher for $74. It was a good deal all around.
I thought the man was very smart about appliances. It's very hard to find someone knowledgeable who is willing to fix things instead of just replacing them. I was very happy and will hire him again.
