They were excellent however the automatic charge to come out for $69 is steep considering I only had a minor problem which was fixed in literally a couple minutes. The charge is applied as a credit towards a bigger job which works great, and I understand their time is valuable, but time spent on my particular issue didn't warrant such a hefty charge to come out. I know that's how every business operates, but there should be a sliding scale for situations like mine.
Eric was prompt, courteous and knew what he was doing. Had to order part, but returned in 2 days and finished job. Right the first time.
