Professional and honest
Eric is very honest. Will let you if it will be better to replace an appliance rather than fix it. Have recommended him to several friends who are very happy with his service. Eric is reliable and tries very hard to satify the needs of his clients.
Don't know how to rate him because he said he could not repair washer. He was very nice & polite & explained the problem. Still he charged full service rate.

In this situation, the washer was not repairable. Even if parts were available for the repair, it would have been cost prohibitive. The customer could purchase a new washer for less money. We try to provide the most economical solution for our customer. A service call is charged for diagnosis, and is waived if a repair is made. We regret that this customer did not view their interaction with our company as a positive experience.
Eric was prompt, efficient and pleasant to deal with. He completed the job quickly. I would refer him to a friend.
Friendly and excellent service. And very prompt. He was at my house 45 minutes after I called. And when the repair is for an upright freezer, time is very important to keep food from being spoiled.
