Showed up on time and quickly resolved the issue. Also gave a 90 day guarantee on their work.
The most expensive price online for the part was $135, they charged $223 for it. Except for this overcharge, I was satisfied.
Repaired an electric dryer. 2 very nice gentlemen came to do the job. Price of the repair kit was reasonable. The labor charge was too much, but they had the whole dryer apart by the time I saw the cost. At that point how could I not accept the fee? Would they have put it all back together? I believe it was a 1 person job, since 1 guy basically watched the other guy and confirmed what he said the problem was. I might use them in the future, but I would ask about the labor fees first.
They found one problem first time out but it lead to finding another problem which was fixed next time.

The technician Kevin identified the problem in our 13-year-old Maytag FAV6800 as the bearings in the motor. The grinding noise during the spin cycle prevented the motor from reaching right rpm speed. Likely he indicated that the transmission seals cracked and allowed water to get on the bearings, rusting them. He was honest in saying the cost (more so labor than parts) to replace the assembly was higher than the value of the machine presently and said to get another washer.
