Initially called back in March for no heat. They responded quickly and had service done in the same day to restore heat. Was told that the furnace was on its way out and asked for a quote for the furnace. Quote was given that day for a reasonable price. Fast forward 6 months, the quote was still honored which normally isn't the case. For tear out and install, they arrived at 8:30am, out by 1:00pm. Installed my new furnace promptly and efficiently. Professional and clean. Responded to original call within a few minutes. It was a very pleasant experience.
These guys are great! They have installed our last too hvac units. Today our heat wouldn't cone on. They were out within an hour and had it fixed within another hour.
EZ-Air were very professional and clean from the estimate to the installation of our new units. Notified us every step of the way. I would 100% recommend their services to anyone!
5 star rating only because I couldn’t give 6. Excellent service! Texted at 10:50pm that my AC was down had an appointment booked 10 min later. They came out the next morning, quickly pinpointed the issue, got the unit working and the house cooled off in no time. Technician never once tried the hard sell for a new unit like so many other companies do. Definitely will use them again if needed. Highly recommend EZ Air.
