5 star rating only because I couldn’t give 6. Excellent service! Texted at 10:50pm that my AC was down had an appointment booked 10 min later. They came out the next morning, quickly pinpointed the issue, got the unit working and the house cooled off in no time. Technician never once tried the hard sell for a new unit like so many other companies do. Definitely will use them again if needed. Highly recommend EZ Air.
We were very pleased with our new AC unit. The EZ-Air team was in constant communication with my wife as they completed their work at our home. They also left with us an amazing thank you gift. The professionalism of the team was outstanding. We plan to continue to use EZ-Air for our HVAC needs the future. We would definitely recommend EZ-Air to friends and family. Great jobs guys!
We recently had the air handler for our central air go out. We called Ez air to come figure out what was going on. The technician showed up when he said he was going to and was very friendly and personable. We ended up having to replace the entire air handler, and I was super surprised to find out that they were able to come out the next day with a new handler. Air conditioner stopped working last night. We called first thing in the morning, and they arrived within an hour and a half to diagnose the issue. The tech, Gavyn, was great. Immediately suspected what was wrong. Verified the issue and replaced the needed part, checked the overall system which was found to be good. The cost of the service call and part we considered reasonable. Thanks for the great service!!!
Showed up within the hour and had my ac up a running real quick. Life savers in this heat
