I have been going to Dr Patton since 1998. The staff is always courteous and helpful. Dr Patton is great .
Dr. Gilliland was very nice but I was not impressed with the timeliness of his office or their professionals. While sitting in the lounge the lady at the front desk rudely joked about the nagging of Mrs. Walter who was calling about her husband's glasses. Also my appointment was at one and I was not called back until 1:20 PM. I had another appointment at 2:30 PM and was told it was not their problem if I was late for my next appointment. Office manager Ben openly admitted one of his staff made a mistake when adding up a bill and had every chance in the world to contact me over it. Now I get notices in the mail and a different answer every time I call. I'm being charged for their mistake. Any other place would chalk the small amount up as a loss, instead he wants to lose money on sending me notices and possibly send it to collections. $20, come on, seriously? A drop in the bucket compared to the amount of money I've sunken into them. Hope everyone around him ... read more
I love this place. I take my daughter here and they're all so nice to us. I wouldn't take her anywhere else!!! They are wonderful!
