There staffing is more than capable, they are courteous polite and prompt they do what they can to make sure your visit is a good visit and that’s all of them, I have been to some eye doctor but I can say that they r Professionals the whole staff.
Very friendly and helpful staff very professional.Went in to get glasses provided by my employer and the experience was so good will purchase my next pair of personal glasses from them thanks ........Ed Hall

Have never had a bad experience with them ! Have three special needs kids that have went the since before they were eyexcel ! Always been great ! My daughter has had eye THERPY there really helped with her school !

Staff is great! Everything from exams to glasses are completed in a timely fashion. After my vision was disrupted from an accident resulting in a brain injury, I was recommended to Dr. Carusone. His acedemic instruction and his experience in the field of vision problems due to TBI was an extremely exciting prospect! The Doctors are good but staff is questionable. Won’t answer questions always wanting to change insurance UPDATE. THE ENTIRE PLACE IS QUESTIONABLE!!!!!
