Dr Guilliland at Eyexcel discovered that I had diabetic retinopathy, something the cheaper, 2 for 1, company failed to diagnose. They have taken excellent care of me. Also, they are always helpful and friendly!
The staff here is great and so are the Drs. They care about your eye needs and work to see that they are met. I highly recommend EyeXcel for all your families vision needs.
I had a terrible experience at a Kingsport Eye Dr. with my 4 yr old. I cried in the office, trying to pick out her glasses and till 1am. So I started looking in Knoxville for a eye doctor. The top 3 popped up so I choose EyeXcel-Family Eye Care & Vision Rehabilitation. Karen called me the next day and just talking to her I knew I had picked the right one!! They do a very thorough job here. The staff are great. Never have a hard time getting an appointment scheduled. Very friendly people.
