Best eye doctor and staff! I have been to several places, but this is the best! Friendly and courteous staff went out of their way to make me comfortable. Thank you, Bridget for your patience, Dr. Gilliland for your thorough exam and easy to understand explanations, and to all of you for helping me choose my new glasses. I will definitely be back!

My 7 year old has had to go to many drs in his short life for several issues. He was very nervous about going and seeing a dr he had never met but as soon as he walked in the door and saw Andy Griffith playing on the tv, he calmed down instantly. He loved the lady that worked with him and really liked Dr. Gilliland, especially when he let him reset the dials. It was a wonderful experience at this office!
Highly recommend EyeXcel and Dr West!!! She’s very thorough, creates a relationship with her patients, and listens to their needs and concerns!! She definitely goes above and beyond!
