Up until a few weeks ago, I would have given them a 5. But when I misplaced a new box of contacts they said that I purchased there recently due to us getting our bathroom fixed, they were unwilling to give me a free replacement set until I could find the unopened box. Being unemployed, I am forced to wear the original trial ones I was given months ago.
