Sold me USED frames, purposely! First they put a hold on my insurance to force me to buy their glasses, then when I got them the numbers on the right stem were rubbed off from being used and the RayBan logo on the left stem was glued back on haha you can see all the white glue smeared around it. These are prescriptions, so now I have to return these and wait on a new pair!! What a joke
RecommendedMy experience at Eyetique was absolutely wonderful. Very comfortable environment. The dr was quick and very nice. Melissa helped me choose a frame that was perfect for my face and was fashionable. They made sure my glasses fit properly. Overall I was very satisfied with my visit and would recommend them to other people.
Exceptional customer service (squirrel hill location). Be warned that they are also exceptionally pricey and up-sell you very swiftly. I went in for an eye exam and was charged for a contact fitting without even realizing it. Salesman quickly moved me away from the frames that my insurance would cover and ran for the $700 frames. When I asked to start at the bottom of the price point, we were looking at $400 frames. Just so you know how it goes... But they are generous with coffee, candy, and help. They don't accept any insurance that covers poor children so if you're super-snooty and can't associate with the riff-raff this is the place for you. To make it even worse they waited until 7:30 the night before the appointment to call and tell me that we couldn't be seen even though they were given the insurance information when the appointment was made.

I stopped into the Stow, OH location Monday evening to have the lens in my daughter's glasses looked at because they're so scratched up. The girl working the desk acted like we were a bother & she insinuated that my daughter wasn't caring for her glasses properly despite what I had told her. We were also never told there's a difference between scratch resistant coating & protection. Had I known I would've bought the warranty. Now my daughter is stuck with these scratched up lenses that she's had about 6 months. Poor customer... read more
The staff was really friendly and down to earth! The practice seems to be very modern and efficient. I really enjoyed my experience :-)
