RecommendedVery courteous and a great selection.
I don't recommend them. They do not update their websites. They don't check their schedules or confirm appointments. They told me to call to pick up curbside for my glasses. I called four times and no one answers the phone. I will never use them again. Terrible service.

Marc was super helpful while my son was picking out frames. He listened and followed Brennan's lead and was patient as he decided. Definitely recommend!
Absolutely terrible customer service. Employees are incredibly rude, I had an eye exam for new pair of glasses. They made me pay for the pair before the glasses came in, when they came in the prescription was not correct in the slightest. It was like looking through a fish bowl. The optician kept insisting they are correct and to just “wear them for a few days.” If I wore them for a few days, I’d crash into something as they are wrong. Salespeople assist you with selecting frames you will be happy with.
I don't know about the other stores but the Shadyside one has terrible customer service. I don't know what's happened but the staff there are very rude and don't honor their online appointment system.
Ordered contacts 3 weeks ago at their Shadyside branch. Still don’t have my order. I called today and they so happen to be shipped out today, After being ordered 3 weeks ago!
