I've worn glasses for 11 years now and have dealt with several eyecare locations spanning from Rocky Mount to Raleigh. Overall good experience, the staff is friendly, their selection is good and service is quick. The only suggestion I would have and this is partly my own fault, because I could have asked. It would be good to make customers aware that they can walk around and try on frames while they wait. I did not because I was not sure if I would be in someone's way. I say all this to say, I would have liked to try on more frames and taken a little more time to make a choice and knowing it was okay to browse would have helped me use my tim... read more
