Our first visit to Eyeglass World was fantastic! Nancy helped complete my husbands eyeglass purchase, very knowledgeable and very friendly!! Customer service was the best!! I'll be recommending to everyone!!
This is the worst eyeglass world in the history of eyeglass world. The service is HORRIBLE!! the first time I went I waited over 2 1/2 hours for an exam. My second visit they placed the incorrect order and submitted a new order. My third visit I had to drive 45 minutes to do a refund and new order due to overcharge and place another order. DO NOT GO to eyeglass world!! They will rip you off and sneak changes and upgrades without telling you. They added anti-glare without telling me and within 6 months they were scratched up. I live out of town and got them while down to visit my parents. Came back the next year and they are now out of warranty. I was told my only option was to buy brand new lenses!
