Super excited I get my glasses back the same Day
Got my prescription filled quick. Im away from home alot so that was helpful. With in the first month the lenses were scratched so bad I couldnt see out of them. They told me I cleaned them wrong so I bought the micro fiber cloth and the cleaning solution. They replaced the lenses for free but when I got them back they told me they had to reorder the right because something was wrong with it. i was good with that. Affordable, kind workers, reasonable time, I had a very positive experience
I don’t recommend this business, had nothing but trouble with them. First off they “lost” my wife’s discontinued frames that she had for a decade. I assume they were stolen being you can’t find them anywhere ever again. Secondly, her replaced lenses have a bubble in them and their response to that was oh that’s how they were cut. Those frames had a lot of sentimental value too them, they were a gift from a long lost friend . They did replace them with new frames but she didn’t want new frames. I love this place! I had my prescription updated. Everyone from the optometrist to the sales clerk and everyone in between are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Great prices and exceptional customer care. The people that work there are friendly and helpful. They are professional and make the process of eye exams and picking new glasses less stressful. Great pricing and options.
I had an amazing experience at Eyeglass World yesterday. Thank you Fantasia! And the lady who worked in the Drs Office was so nice, even though I didn't have my eyes checked there.
