I bought eyeglasses at this store. They left me a voicemail telling me to pick up the eyeglasses. So, I decided to call them today because in my appointment, the lady told me it will take to 7-10 days to get them ready and I wanted to be certain about if they were all ready or not. I did call and a lady told me to hold on on the phone. I waited around 5 minutes and then she hung up. RecommendedSheila ( the boss) is the bomb dot com. Dr. Franklin is wonderful. The staff is very friendly and professional. Choices are enormous n fabulous.
they didn't bother to mention on the front end of the equation that they were not "preferred" on an insurance plan, but rather after all services rendered that left after insurance, a payment due exceeding $144.00. Nice unethical business behavior to do this to a person that the money they took needed to pay on something else very high priority, like, i dunno, the roof over their head?
Fantastic customer service! Oliver went above and beyond in helping me. He's just awesome! Will definitely be using them from now, and have told everyone I know about them.
I came in Saturday June 9th. My son needed an exam and glasses. The lady behind the counter at the eye exam desk was the most helpful person I have came in contact with in a very long time. To be honest, I believe she may have been the best I have ever encountered. She was just an amazing human being. Her positive attitude and zest for life was inspiring. I went in today for the first time, and was immediately greeted and assisted the second I walked in! They were so helpful and fixed my glasses on the spot!

people were awesome but got screwed anyway they tell ya one thing then when its time to pay... whole different story. I will never spend another dime with eyeglass world
